Refund Policy

We want our customers to have the best experience, governed by transparency and credibility.

1. Nature of Digital Services (SaaS)

Since Wild Designer relies on cloud processing and instant expensive digital content generation via AI servers (API Costs), all purchases and forms are final by nature once you subscribe and start consuming generation credits.

2. When can you request a refund?

We offer specific exceptions for refunds to guarantee your rights if you face the following issues:

  • Major Technical Flaw: If you subscribed but the platform completely stopped working or you couldn't generate any design due to a core failure from our servers that wasn't fixed within 48 hours.

  • Accidental Billing Renewal: For monthly subscriptions, if you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund for the new month within 3 days only of renewal, provided you did not consume any new generation credits in this month.

  • Duplicate Charges: If a technical error occurred in the payment gateway and the amount was deducted more than once, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately after verification.

3. When do we reject refund requests?

We apologize for not offering any financial concessions in the following cases:

    • If you consumed more than 10% of your subscription's generative credits.
    • If you did not like the AI outputs quality, as we provided a free plan (if any) or trial offers to test performance before paying.
    • If your account was suspended due to violating the 'Terms of Use' or prohibited platform usage.

4. Request Procedure and Execution Time

To request a refund, contact Technical Support via the Contact page as soon as possible. Reviews take 1-3 business days. If approved, the amount will be transferred to the original payment method and may take 5 to 14 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your local bank's policies.
