Payment Processing: When you purchase a subscription, we collect billing details. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Social Media APIs: If you choose to link social accounts, we use official APIs. Your data is handled according to the respective platform’s privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Device and Browser Data: We log IP addresses, browser types, time zones, and operating systems to understand how visitors use our site.

Part 2 – Information Processed on Your Behalf (Service Data)

If you use Wild Designer to handle data about your designs or texts, you are the Controller and we are the Processor.

Ownership: You own your service data. We only process it according to your instructions.
Retention: Service data is held as long as you have an active account. Upon termination, data is isolated and eventually deleted from active databases within 6 months.
AI Models: We do not share your personal service data with third-party generative AI models for their own training purposes.

Part 3 – General Provisions

1. How We Use Your Information We use collected data to communicate updates, process payments, provide customer support, and improve our in-house AI models.
